Fraser Canyon Adventure

The Fraser Canyon provides a paradise you won't find anywhere else on the Fraser River. This destination is hidden away from the usual crowds of boats and people you will find on other areas of the river, and is also where you will find some of the biggest Sturgeon the Fraser River has to offer! Scenic mountains, untouched glittering sand beaches, different varieties of wildlife, and fast flowing rapids are some of the unique things this picturesque location has to offer to make your experience truly unforgettable. Because this area of the river has such fast flowing rapids and currents, you will also get to fight the strongest Sturgeon in the Fraser River, and if you are lucky enough - you will even get to witness the unique shovel nose Sturgeon that are specific to this particular area of the river.

STURGEON ADVENTURES - The Fraser River is also home to a large population of the world famous White Sturgeon, which are the largest freshwater game fish in the world! Witnessing these prehistoric creatures in person and in action is truly a unique and unbelievable experience, with some of the oldest Sturgeon fish living to be over 100 years old, over 13 feet in length, and weighing 1000+ pounds! When hooked onto one of these monster fish you will get to witness up-close and personal their true strength and power. Not only will they do long reel screaming runs and jump clean out of the river straight into the air, but they will test every muscle in your body as you fight a vigorous fight to bring them in, with some of the bigger fish sometimes taking over an hour to reel in! This is just to name a few things about fishing for this one of a kind prehistoric fish that gets people hooked and wanting to come back for more year after year!
